President
Brian brings more than 30 years of international executive experience across mining, construction, energy, and manufacturing, with a strong track record in operational and strategic leadership. Since joining Freo Group as President in 2025, he has focused on driving sustainable performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Adam Botica
Vice President, Finance
Adam is an experienced finance executive with more than 15 years leading growth, M&A, and financial strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. As Vice President of Finance at Freo Group, he focuses on scaling operations, improving profitability, and delivering long-term shareholder value.

Craig has over 20 years of sales and business development experience across the mining and infrastructure sectors and has been a key part of Freo Group since 2017. A gifted leader, he has played a significant role in expanding the company’s customer base and supporting recent business growth.

Annabel Robertson-Hopa
Director of Human Resources
Annabel brings extensive senior HR leadership experience across resources, engineering services, and industrial sectors, with expertise in workforce capability and transformational change. At Freo Group, she leads the people and culture strategy to strengthen leadership, performance, and organisational capability.

Marcus Piggott
General Manager, Eastern Region Operations
Marcus has more than 15 years of experience across fleet management, operations, and service within heavy industrial and construction sectors. Since joining Freo Group in 2023, he has taken on leadership of Eastern Region Operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Ben brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across mining, infrastructure, defence, and industrial services sectors. He leads Freo Group’s Western Region Operations with a focus on operational performance, customer delivery, and safety culture.

Tyler Hannah
General Manager, Renewables & Projects
Tyler has extensive experience across crane services and renewable energy sectors, specialising in major project delivery and wind energy operations. At Freo Group, he leads the Renewables & Projects division with a focus on growth, customer delivery, and energy transition opportunities.
