Taking Back Safety.

What We Do and Say Today; Defines Our Safety Tomorrow

Taking Back Safety is a company-wide safety initiative focused on reinforcing the standards, behaviours and accountability that keep our people safe every day. Built around the principles of consistent standards, speaking up and building a safer tomorrow, the program aims to strengthen our safety culture through practical actions, clear expectations and visible leadership across all areas of the business.

Delivered over a three-week campaign, Taking Back Safety focuses on resetting and aligning safety expectations, reinforcing safe work practices and empowering employees to take ownership of safety outcomes. Through toolbox talks, incident management, safe work practices, high-risk credential verification and Stop Work Authority, the initiative is designed to embed critical safety behaviours and ensure safety remains at the centre of every decision we make.
